Welcome
Yori's Story
Thank you for clicking this link. It's an important one. Our son Yori was a bright, energetic and beautiful boy. We were playing in the pool and didn't notice he had gone under. In the blink of an eye, quickly and quietly...our lives changed forever. Yori arrived at the hospital breathing with a beating heart, but his brain never recovered. He passed away September 1st, 2018.

This scenario happens all too often, but doesn't have to. Drowning is the leading cause of death for children 1-4 years old and WE CAN do something about it. Prevention is KEY, but finding ways to help children who have hypoxic brain injuries is POSSIBLE. We are working with top researchers at Seattle Children's Hospital and funding imperative research to ensure that children and their parents have a fighting chance under these circumstances.

This will be Yori's story. That he helped to launch a movement for change in protocol around hypoxia and made an impact surrounding brain trauma in children. Please help us tell that story and make it come true. Thank you in advance.

With gratitude,
Kudo, Chezik, Ise, Masao & Kenzo Tsunoda
